GOD STILL LIVES

                         GOD STILL LIVES

When the night is gone and the Sun peeps in the sky
Birds open their wings and with their young ones they fly.
There moo the cows and in sheds their sounds resound,
Like the pearls look dew drops scattered on the ground.
There the bell rings, conchs blow and the sacred hymns echo,
This holiness fills our heart with joy when we are without ego.
Babies suck from the breasts clinging to their mother’s hearts,
All this shows that He is the master of such difficult arts.
Mountains that glitter with morning shine and the beaches,
Waters running in seas and rivers look like having many creases.
The trees standing by the side, the beauty that to us reaches,
God still lives; this is the theme that nature to us preaches.
